If you buy a product from us and find an identical product advertised for sale at a lower price, anywhere in province of Quebec, we will match the advertised price by refunding you the balance. Items advertised in the fabric color in the photo are in stock and are delivered in about 2 business days. For other colors the wait time is as follows: bedding accessories 2 days, mattresses 3-4 days, beds 5 days and sofas and sectionals take a maximum of 7 days. Our exchange/return policy is similar to other furniture and mattress stores, which is becasue of sanitary and health and also the size of products.
If the item is still in its original packaging, a restocking fee of 35% will apply to all returns. In case the item(s) is without their original packaging, the restocking fee will be 50%.
Please keep in mind, that when you return or exchange a product we still have to pay the original credit card processing fees and the item can no longer be sold as new.
ThriftyBeaver.ca does not offer refunds, but we offer store credit or exchanges within the specified period under our return and exchange policy.
We offer free shipping for all our products as far as 50km from downtown Montreal. If you are further than that, please contact us first to get a shipping estimation before you order.
Please note that shipping cost of returned products not because of defects is responsibility of the buyer. You can either return the product yourself or accept the return shipping fee.
If there are any manufacturing defects, return is accepted, as long as it is reported within the 24 hours following the delivery date.

What is the typical delivery/wait time?
Can I exchange the item I just bought?
If the item is still in its original packaging you can ask to exchange within 10 days of your delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
In case of exchange not because of defect, the client is responsible for return shipping cost (or you can bring the product back to our storage facility yourself).

Also, if you prefer to do so, you can pick up your purchases from our warehouse in Montreal.
Due to the logistical problems and cost, if a client misses his or her scheduled delivery, a $50 rescheduling fee will be charged to them before the next elivery date.
What is your return policy on mattresses, pillows and bedding accessories?
For non-defect exchange item must be in original package and unused condition. This is because of hygiene and sanitary consideration. We are sure you do not want to sleep on a mattress or pillow that somebody else had already used.
What is your privacy policy?
We only ask for the information necessary to process your order and ship it to you. The information will never be used for anything else, or shared or sold to anybody else, ever.
Furthermore, you will never get any solicitations or annoying communications from us in future after delivery is made.

Nobdy, not even our delivery people are supposed to contact you. Delivery is arranged through the office and for that we will provide you with date and reference number of your order, your name and address, when we contact you.
Do not open your door to strangers. Anybody else claiming to be from us, or arranging delivery is potentially a criminal. Stay safe.
